Called to place an order for 30 minutes and line is always busy. Arrived to place an order with 6 people in line, waited 10 minutes and nobody’s order was taken. Only 3 tables occupied. Can’t understand why, it usually is no problem with service. Who’s running this place? Left and went somewhere else.
My family has eaten here several times. The food is always delicious and fresh. Their grocery dept is well stocked and they have the BEST produce and meats in Lincolnton.
I have been a customer for years with them I drive once a week from Shelby to grocery shop never had an issue until this evening. I arrived at 7:50pm remind you they close at 8pm through out the week the cashier was already cleaning, doors locked once she saw me she moved to hide and did not bother to come to the door. When someone else came to the door then talked to the owner women stated that they close pretty much when they want instead of going by the schedule on the door and to come earlier.
